Guests had the unique opportunity to explore five exceptional timepieces, paired with five carefully curated wines for this special event. Each timepiece was matched with a wine that complements its unique story.

A biodynamic wine, for which the harvest is timed around the full moon calendar, paired with a moonphase Perpetual Calendar. A Geneva Seal movement paired with a champagne, both highlighting the importance of origin and AOC. A Chopard watch specialist provided insights into the various complications, including: high-precision moonphase, jumping hour, world timer, and more.

Meanwhile, Emmanuel Benardos, General Manager of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, guided guests through the exclusive wine selection.

The Rifle Lounge at Swiss Club gave the evening a luxurious 5-course fine dining experience, crafted to delight the senses and the palate.
